DR. ANJUM BUX
Dr. Anjum Bux MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist who specializes in pain management. He completed his medical training at the University of Kentucky and has been practicing interventional pain management for over 15 years. He is an active member of numerous national pain societies, including North American Neuromodulation Society, American Society of Pain and Neuroscience, and American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Bux acts as the director at large for the Kentucky Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He has been a published author and speaks across the country on intrathecal pump therapy and spinal cord stimulation. His training includes neurostimulation, kyphoplasty, intrathecal therapies, dorsal root ganglion stimulation, injective treatments, sacroiliac joint fusion, and more. For over 15 years, he has utilized a multi-disciplinary approach to pain management, incorporating physical therapy and psychological support alongside injections and other conservative treatments.
KYLA ANDERSON, APRN
Kyla Anderson APRN has been in healthcare since 2011 and working in interventional pain management since 2015. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner by both the AANP and ANCC. Her board certification in Pain Management is through the ANCC. She specializes in interventional therapies, including injection therapy, intrathecal therapy management, neurostimulation management, and more. She has been a published author and speaks across the country on intrathecal pump therapy management and spinal cord stimulation management. She is a member of the American Society of Pain Management Nurses. She has also served on the ANCC Pain Management Nursing Standard Setter panel. She leads continuing education courses for nurse practitioners and enjoys speaking for communities, raising awareness for chronic pain treatments.
MICHELLE GOOSLIN, APRN
Michelle is a certified family nurse practitioner with more than 15 years of nursing experience. These experiences include family medicine/pediatrics /internal medicine and pain management. Michelle has been with the practice since 2019 and has been an integral part of the pain management team. She specializes in injective therapies along with intrathecal therapy management and neurostimulator management. Michelle is a member of the American Society for pain management nurses and assists in research in interventional pain management.
