How do I contact the office?
Our 3 location are in Lexington, (859-550-2030), Danville (859-239-2020), and Cynthiana (859-235-3724).

How do I get referred?
Please call any one of our offices and one of our schedulers will be happy to schedule you an appointment. In some cases your insurance may require a referral from your primary care provider. In those cases, please ask them to fax all information to one of our offices and our scheduler will call to schedule your appointment. For any questions please call any of our offices.

Do you prescribe narcotic medications?
No narcotic medications are prescribed or continued on your initial visit. Narcotic medication is only given for the diagnosis of active cancer. We believe in interventional means of treating pain.

What does interventional pain management mean?
We utilize multiple modalities of treatment for pain. This does not include oral pain medication. We have many procedures to help give long term relief of your pain without pills.
